Speed and Agility
Improving speed and sports performance involves more than just practicing sport specific patterns and plays over and over again. We offer conditioning programs specifically designed for speed and power from which athletes can build a foundation for the faster and more explosive workouts that will come later in the season.
As well, our agility workouts will improve foot speed, quickness, acceleration, changing speeds, cutting, starting/stopping, change of direction, and reaction. The benefits of agility training are universal. Agility training can also prevent injuries by improving body control through proper movement mechanics.
