Speed and strength training

Speed and Agility

Improving speed and sports performance involves more than just practicing sport specific patterns and plays over and over again. We offer conditioning programs specifically designed for speed and power from which athletes can build a foundation for the faster and more explosive workouts that will come later in the season. As well, our agility workouts will improve foot speed, quickness, acceleration, changing speeds, cutting, starting/stopping, change of direction, and reaction. The benefits of agility training are universal. Agility training can also prevent injuries by improving body control through proper movement mechanics. 

Strength Training

We combine football training with strength training philosophy to help create faster, stronger and more explosive players. The core of football training and all sports movements is a solid foundation of STRENGTH and flexibility. We help athletes to be strong enough and quick enough to move their own bodyweight while at the same time improving their endurance and technique.

 

Weekend Workout (Jan 26th & 27th 2019)

Daily Weekend Assignment 

1- Jump Rope /Mini Trampoline 300 to 500x a day

2- Hot Feet Drills (in mirror) 3 x 6 seconds per drill

3- Arms Swings with Bands 4 x 30 seconds 2x per day

4- Alternate between push-ups and sit-ups during every 

     commercial, while watching TV

5- Stretch (Flex Period) and Pray every night 30 min before  bed!!!!

6- Double your water intake- as athletes tend to drink less in cool

     weather...

7- Rest up! Next week will be a challenge!!!
